1. Service Description
stallar.tech is a digital database directory aggregating job board listings and firmographic statistics for companies. The service is developed by Avinash Shrivastava. The site provides up to 5 free company views, after which a premium monthly subscription of INR 200 is required to unlock full access.
2. Payments and Billing
Access to premium features requires payment of a subscription fee of INR 200 per month. All payments are billed on a one-time monthly basis and are handled securely by integrated payment aggregators. Access is granted instantly upon successful confirmation of payment.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to scrape, automate data collection from, or distribute contents of the stallar.tech index without prior written consent from the developer. The premium license grants personal, non-transferable access for informational purposes only.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, custom graphics, styling systems, and aggregated metadata architectures on this portal are the intellectual property of the developer, Avinash Shrivastava. Company logo images and direct job board descriptions remain the properties of their respective trademark owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of external job listings gathered from third-party boards.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
